WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO GO INTO THIS LINE OF BUSINESS?

Loving food and wanting to feel great and keep my children well.

WHAT NOUGHTY MOMENT SHAPED YOU AS A PERSON?
I feel like I’m a natural rule-breaker, my father was always an encouraging force for us to do our own thing.
The day before my History GCSE I had a ticket to see Spurs in the FA Cup Final. I was a 16 year old in Dorset at boarding school, and they wouldn’t let that happen, but I rang my Dad up the night before, because I was so desperate to go. He didn’t miss a beat, and said you’ll remember that for the rest of your life, you must go. 
I went, Spurs won and it was an amazing day I’ll never forget. School never knew and I got As in my GCSEs.
I think the sucking the marrow out of life thing came from there.

WHAT THREE LESSONS HAVE YOU LEARNED ALONG THE WAY?
Do it now - sounds cheesy, but it’s always worth starting or you’ll never know.
Don’t be put off by the naysayers - they usually shout louder, and as women you take it harder, so learning to keep your mettle and carry on is key.
WHAT NOUGHTY MOMENT OF A WELL KNOWN BUSINESS OWNER, STANDS OUT THE MOST FOR YOU?
Tim Warrilow, the founder of Fever Tree, is an old friend, and when he was looking at starting a business up everyone was looking at the sprit, and he was saying that the mixer was 2/3rds of the drink so let’s look at the mixer. He wanted a premium blend that tasted amazing. Turns out lots of the world agreed.
